I recently called about making an exchange at Ralph Lauren.com One of the customer service representatives spoke to humiliat with reproach in the manner of inflection & aggressive tones; the whole time I was on the phone with him. You never know who your talking to I could've ben a U.S. Army retired Veteran. Dishonouring someone like that would a shame. "No sir, I do not own that item so I could not tell you nothing about it!"
