I placed an order. I have got confirmation from them about my order and said they will process it. Next day I have got call that item is not in stock anymore as payment was authorised a bit late. When I placed an order online money has been deducted straightaway from my account. As when it divert to payment section bank allow the authorisation and then they confirm the order if bank wouldn't allow authorisation then they wouldn't confirm order. Clearly they are lying to me. So annoyed. Don't ever shop from Ralph Lauren. Very bad customer service

Ralph Lauren Shirt Review from Hillsborough Township, New Jersey

Purchased a mens dress shirt the other day. Original cost $145, although i bought it on sale. Anxious to wear it so popped it into the washing machine but forgot to *** the blue hang tag label. Well..blue dye from the *** label ran and ruined the shirt. I admit was dumb of me to forget to take the price and label off but have done this many times with other brands. Honestly what *** at ralph lauren designed label tags that run blue dye. I am sure i am not the first to forget a label removal . I contacted the company for any help or advice and to alert them that their tags ruin clothes. Obviously werent concerned or this review would be going another direction. Now have a very expensive rag

Polo clothes stain child's skin

Polo clothes stain child's skin. We had a shirt for our baby from Ralph Lauren the red label inside leaked bright red dye and stain the child's skin it stayed on for 2 days and despite bathing 4 time the dye remained. Their customer service has been disgusting and having been a loyal customer for 15 years will now be boycotting the brand. Ithink the quality has been going down hill for the last few years anyway. If compare my older Ralph Lauren clothing to the newer equivalent the quality and fabric seems of a lower quality and seems to fade and not last as long. Over priced garbage and their attitude to a new born was disgusting.

Ralph Lauren Shoes Review

Ordered two items shoes & a hat both white the shoes looked worn & scuffed & fingerprints & the hat had what looked like black soot on the bill and was horribly wrinkled. I wanted an exchange for the shoes but they just gave me a refund which was confusing also they made me keep the hat poor customer service poor items will never order from them again.

NIGHTMARE AT RALPH LAUREN GUNWHARF QUAYS, UK

Bought a coat for my wife in Portsmouth Ralph Lauren store. After wearing 3 times ,my wife noticed the stitching of the lining was coming off. Rang the store, spoke with the manager who told my wife to bring the faulty coat with receipt so she could get a refund or a credit note. After being assured that we would be looked after in "the designer store" we drove there, paid the car park fee and went to the store. Spoke with the general assistant manager KIM, who said that it was my wife's fault that their coat was faulty!!! She said that my wife did not wear the coat properly blaming her for the stitching coming loose! My wife explained that she wore the coat maximum 4 times because it's in light colour, the coat has never been washed and can only be worn in cold weather. KIM - the manager tried really hard to put the blame again on my wife implying that she wore a bracelet and that pulled the lining. My wife showed her hands saying I don't wear jewellery including a watch. Then she said it must been pulled by a belt buckle. The belt which my wife was wearing was a Ralph Lauren one. The manager KIM run out of excuses to resolve the matter to our satisfaction and told us to email the Ralph Lauren customer service. What kind of manager is it who can't sort out a customer issue herself when the coat was purchased in her store?? THEY DONT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

Ralph Lauren - high brand - low service!

On a business trip in Milan I visited brand store of Ralph Lauren and made a number of purchases, including 2 shirts Ralph Lauren (Polo Ralph Lauren Custom Fit 16 1/2) – for myself and as a present to my business partner, who was expected anniversary. Relying on unconditional quality of exclusive brand Ralph Lauren, I gave to my business partner this shirt as an anniversary gift. After a short time, this business partner sent to me a letter of gratitude for the gift with photos of just unpacked shirt. My surprise and shame had no bounds when I saw in the photo the hole on the presented shirt Ralph Lauren. And not just *** but mended hole in the shirt, which has packed and sold as new! Such case is outrageous and unacceptable for such an exclusive brand like Ralph Lauren, and gives reason to doubt the quality of products in the future. Usually in the first-class boutiques of such brands as Ralph Lauren, customers can afford to themselves not to open packed shirt in the store and check its quality. I assumed, that giving the company a permanent preference, I has the right to return the trust of Ralph Lauren about the quality and service, about what I wrote to an official representation of the company. Now I'm waiting for comments from the famous brand for about 6 month..

Picked up 3 Ralph Lauren pullovers from Cheshire Oaks in UK at Xmas. All have bobbled and worn quite badly after just 3 wears. Over priced inferior quality, better quality goods from Primark!

Rip off, bought a pair of trainers in york outlet store uk. Priced at £34.99 and got charged £44.99 questioned manager and respond was someone obviously stuck tge wrong sticker on it. No refund on difference.

Polo Ralph Lauren Underware Review from Saint John, New Brunswick

Purchased underwear for my holidays cost me over $200.00 they fell apart after one wash called there client line they said they would fix the problem. Then this high class label what a joke told me to contract the maker of said product Haynes makes the mighty ralphlauren underwear so i paid $40.00 for 2 pair of briefs when all I had to do was to pay $5.00 for 2 pairs of Haynes . I really wonder who makes the rest of there junk clothing don't waste your money on these people
