Hi Pissed Referring to BBC article 17 November 2020 and I feel appalled with the clothing bought at Ralph Lauren!! I suppose as well as India also, workers from Bangladesh are exploited!! I appreciate Ralph Lauren's stance on Modern Day Slavery, but is there not a contradiction with the BBC article. anthonyjacovides@***.com

Chat session 2.5 days later yielded a few MORE facts, the woman on the 14th had not given. SHE had said the refund would not be granted (even though I had called during the original framework I had been given - BEFORE MY illness, and my family's issues, the cancelled Christmas, the gathering of FOOD and medications, the last medical visit ...

before I SHUT DOWN all other human contact - at least in person, until my helper had recovered from foot surgery and was able to DRIVE again). It seems all I DO .. is deal with consumer issues, paperwork and HOW I will a. PAY my necessary costs, b.

catch up on MEDICAL tests/meetings, buy new glasses, and ...SOMEHOW, c. manage to make it HOME to see my elderly MOTHER - BEFORE she dies. Several reasons WHY I was UNABLE to take care of THIS matter ... back in Dec-Jan., or since.

I didn't get to complete my DEGREE, when relocation after "Katrina" I felt COMPELLED to leave New Orleans AT THAT TIME.So, I have also been ORGANIZING the FUTURE TRIP - to patch THAT up - 15 years later. It is MUCH too complicated, and causes me CONSIDERABLE PAIN and DISTRESS in the years 15 since I left.

Being told ONE "fact", verifying said "fact", with different employees, then finding some time later (due to illness and many other family problems) that they can no longer DO such a thing as was once promised, that I was told TOLD, advised NOT to WORRY about. THIS it turns out was a FICTION.

Poor sizing

I purchased my usual size 12 caddy cropwide leg pant from the Bay and to my surprise the pants were 2 sizes too big. Unfortunately they were a final sale purchase and the Bay refuses to exchange or refund the cost. They cant seem to understand that I have been purchasing Ralph Lauren for 20 years and one of the main reasons is consistency in sizing.These are clearly mislabelled yet the Bay refuses to except that as a-reason for the return. I am sorry to say that this has led me to a decision to make no further Lauren purchases and to no longer deal with the Bay. While 1customer doesnt hurt the bottom line its a slippery slope.

Ralph Lauren - Racist employees
An employee named Chris in the chesterfield Missouri store asked my wife if she could understand English (she’s a corporate attorney btw) and followed her and my kids around the store relentlessly claiming they were making a mess. I never let them out of arms length in public nor does my wife. When we asked to speak to his manager he continued lying saying he was the manager until he finally produced a manager for the store who was equally worthless. I called corporate and two weeks later still nothing. Screw polo never shopping there again

yes they do seem to have alot of employees that seem to be racist in there stores me and my friends notice that they pic and choose who they speak to and want to help we stopped buying polo because of it

I drove to Maryville about 3 months ago and,noticed a huge mall. I went in and bought my daughter a 80.00 sweat jacket. She didnt like it,so i called sore. They said bring it back. I explained, I dont know what she did with reciept? No problem. I drive a hour there and he says, its on ssle mow, plus we had coupons for 25 percent off? Ralph lauren had jacket back and I was 50.00 in whole. NEVER AGAIN

My only disappointment in my Ralph Lauren pajamas that costed me over $200, and I save my money for three months to buy that pair of black & white wide stripes Ralph Lauren pajamas – they ended up ripping in the crotch area, in the washing machine, & I only washed my Ralph Lauren pajama set by itself. I was so sad & cried for a couple of weeks of it.

I bought two shirts marked XL on Labor Day. I tried one on in the store and it fit,I took home twoXLs. It was too warm to wear them for a month so when it got cold iwore one and it fit,when i went to wear the third one it was way too small.I took it back to the store and tried to exchange it for the same item.They would not take it back even though I had credit card proof of purchase and had promotional offers on my email which they claimed to not have,Don’t bother to call their complaint number because they will keep lying to you as they have to me for a month They even accused me of stealing the item even though my credit card showed that I bought it
