Called about a manufacturing problem On two pairs of shoes.
Two pairs of sneakers were purchased. Both having the same manufacturing problem. Left shoe on both pairs coming apart at the soul near the toe area. Called And got disconnected twice but on my third try spoke with Sheila she took down the information and said to expect an email within 10 days. Hope to get this resolved.

Christmas Order Delayed TWICE
Early last week, I placed an online gift order on RalphLauren.com and selected Next Day Delivery due to my upcoming vacation out of the country. Three days later (Friday), my package still hadn't arrived, so I called Customer Service to inquire about the delivery. I was told that the site had a "glitch" and my order had been accidentally cancelled. Ok...so, where was the email notification to inform me of this??? I attempted to place my order once again via phone call only to find out that one of the items was now out of stock. Fantastic. I eventually found a replacement item and the woman proceeded with the transaction and reimbursed me the Next Day Delivery fee (and also provided me Next Day Delivery service on the new order at no charge, thank you to her). Today is now MONDAY. Still no package at 7PM. I called back Customer Service (now very annoyed at this point) and explained the situation. According to this lady, the package won't be delivered until tomorrow (btw I am leaving at 2AM tomorrow and not returning until after Christmas). To top it off, she claims that it's UPS's fault, not Ralph Lauren's...even so, I am YOUR customer (a constant repeat one at that), so where is the attempt at trying to retain my business? So after two attempts at Next Day Delivery, an out of stock item, and a godawful waste of my time, I still don't have the packages for Christmas. Thank you, Ralph Lauren. -A Pissed Off Customer

White tees material has gone downhill, thin and poor fitting. A short sleve shirt color rubbed off-never seen that before. The dye used is garbage. Dress khaki waist of 34 is not consistent with their jeans. There is probably a 2 inch difference between the two. Polo shirt- i like them but a mesh big pony polo i own is not the same material as the others. The mesh seemed to be way to tightly woven that i cant manuver in it. It pulls on me when i move around, very constricting. Not surprised why the stock is down in the past few years......people dont want to buy *** quality for a big price.

Ralph Lauren Glass frames
Disappointed... I recently purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren frames at Len's Crafters. I I purchased them there and then went to my local Vision Care store and had the glass installed. They didn't carry the Ralph Lauren brand and that's what I wanted. This brand has always had such good quality. Once my prescription was in and I got the glasses home, I realized the frames are very cheap and uncomfortable, compared to past frames. The total cost of my glasses were $619.00 and can't afford another pair! Please advise...

Polo Socks
Only wore and washed these socks a few times and *** emerges by the toe seam. At the same time, the top end of the other sock is unraveling. Major disappointment. I read that Polo does not take returns without receipt and these were a gift. I don't even know what store they came from. It's just poor quality. Heck, I don't even have pets to blame this on. All I want is an exchange of the product. Just another pair to replace the existing pair that failed me. Nothing more and nothing less. The sad part is that I have always been happy with Polo quality.

The Customer service at Ralph Lauren is absurd. I don't care if it is promotional gift card or not. It shouldn't expired and you guys are absolutely disgusting . I am going to fight until the end to get my 40dollars gift card

I have the exact situation plus I was double charged. Items never received and they are not responding to my emails at all.
Worst every customer service. I have attached letter from my bank clearly indicating the double charge and they are just ignoring my emails.
Extremely dissapointing. Bad service.
