I absolutely love the Ralph Lauren Brianne; especially, my female Ralph Lauren pajamas

My only disappointment in my Ralph Lauren pajamas that costed me over $200, and I save my money for three months to buy that pair of black & white wide stripes Ralph Lauren pajamas – they ended up ripping in the crotch area, in the washing machine, & I only washed my Ralph Lauren pajama set by itself. I was so sad & cried for a couple of weeks of it.

Can't find Chaps Petites

All the brick-and-mortar and online retailers listed at the chaps.com "where to buy" page have either stopped carrying Chaps Petites or only have old clearance items that no one wants. I have had numerous conversations on the Chaps and Ralph Lauren customer service numbers and they are not aware of the status of their own product lines. Two customer service advocates just did a Google Search. I want to give them my business but they don't know where their product is.

Discriminated Against WHILE WEARING SAME BRAND CLOTHING

Bought over $900 in the OKC outlet store with my bf. Apparently if you don't look rich or have tattoos, staff will follow U like a criminal. They even called outside security to stand by while trying on clothes. Their manager even came in on her day off to be nosy. I've had their staff abruptly end chat when I tried to hang up. I've called over 3 times. Finally this lady Danielle helped me and I'm waiting on more communication. I think they're trying to be slick and wait passed the grace period on which it can no longer be filed as a complaint.

Misrepresented item

I ordered a custom hat knowing it was not returnable - however, the hat came and it was nothing like it was pictured online. I called CS and they told me when you order something like that "it's a hit-or-miss" and was basically telling me to eat my loss for their misrepresentation of the item online. The other hat I ordered was absolutely fine. So the supervisor then told me to return it and see if they'll take the return - and I asked her if she was just passing the buck to a different department, to which she so skillfully dodged answering. So no accountability for the misrepresented item and no accountability to the customer as well. I'm absolutely livid at the poor, disgusting excuse of customer service Ralph Lauren has. For such a claim of high-end design, they have severely low-class service and corporate character.

Never shop there again

I purchased a shirt as a Christmas gift, and the person needed to exchange the EXACT shirt for another size and they would not let him because the tag was off. I understand if the shirt was visibly worn, but it clearly had not been. I will never buy anything from this store again because they refused to help someone who was just mistakenly given the wrong size. Items are returned with tags or exchanged without a receipt all the time. Please learn customer service.

Bought a PoloTech shirt 2 years ago for $300. It works with a smart phone to track activity. They discontinued it and removed the app off of the App Store site. When I called Ralph Lauren after 20 unreturned complaints, they said there was nothing they can do about it.

Manager Rehoboth Beach De

Workers on the floor are very helpful and friendly. However, when checking out was an issue. I told the cashier to look up my member account. I gave him my driver license but he couldn’t find it. Before I had a chance he started cashing me out. So i asked the cashier to please put my purchase on my member number. He didn’t know how so he paged the manager ( Mike). He also had a hard time trying to get my account. I purchased 6 items and just checking out took 40 minutes. Standing there the whole time. I said to the manger I should get a discount coupon for my next trip there shopping. All he said was sorry. It’s not a way to treat a customer. , Shirley dissatisfied customer

I ordered one silk short sleeved sweater and three sleevless sweaters online. The description online for one was 80% silk and 20% cotton. When I received it, the fabric label actually said 17% polyester. For the three sweaters, the online descriptions clearly spelled "merino wool". But they didn't feel like merino when I opened the package. So I checked and sure enough, all three fabric label simply said "wool". I would never order these sweaters if I knew they were made of common wool that could cause rashes on me. I emailed their customer service about this, and was simply told I could return their product, and they charge $5 for each return. No apology for their deception at all. I attached here picture and a pdf. version of their online description of one product.

Defective Boots

I am a long time customer of Polo/Ralph Lauren. I purchased a pair of Ranger Brandy Timber brown boots and the sole on both boots have completely separated from the boots. I have worn the boots fewer than 10 times in a year. As a long time customer, I am very disappointed with this experience. I have purchased and worn Ralph Lauren Clothing, accessories and shoes for more than 30 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had with Ralph Lauren / Polo shoes. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Because this is the first time I have had such a horrible experience with this particular brand, I will not stop wearing the brand, but I do intend to share my experience with the company.
