Suppose to be 100% cotton. Washed and dryed per instructions came out a ball of wrinkled tight wad mess

Followed washing/drying instructions and they were a waded mess. Ironing was not going to help them!!!

Yes, I was promised a called back by an upper level manager (district or regional) on July 5, 2020. It is now July 11, 2020 and I have yet to be contacted.

Why do you need my email address????

I purchased several items of clothing from the Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Charleston, SC. I came back to the store later that same day to return two of the items. I had my receipt with me and the clothes had all tags attached. The employee would not process the return without me providing an email address to them. There is nothing in their return policy saying this was their policy. This is an invasion of privacy and I will NEVER shop at their stores again.

Ralph Lauren - Racist employees
An employee named Chris in the chesterfield Missouri store asked my wife if she could understand English (she’s a corporate attorney btw) and followed her and my kids around the store relentlessly claiming they were making a mess. I never let them out of arms length in public nor does my wife. When we asked to speak to his manager he continued lying saying he was the manager until he finally produced a manager for the store who was equally worthless. I called corporate and two weeks later still nothing. Screw polo never shopping there again

Terrible customer service

Shopped early fot polo shirt for my son. It was too big so teordered in a smaller size and returned large polo. I was informed that they would not issue a refund since it eas over 120 days. No excuse. Amazon and Zappos bend over backward to please their customers. Not so for this comoany. You lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.

You'd have issued the same gripe if they'd ignored you. They don't need to follow suspicious persons around the store ; you're being watched from a neat little room by someone with multiple cameras complete with closeups.

The floor persons who may watch you are disguised as shoppers, not salesmen. You're being too sensitive and certainly would have raised a ruckus if they'd ignored you instead.
