Custom Item Error

I ordered a custom jacket, which came in a custom bag. The bag is the wrong color. Ralph Lauren can but is not willing to correct it because they say it was made internationally. But I ordered it on ralphlauren.com. My advice: DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS.

Bait and Switch

I agree, some of the quality of materials and product is not what it used to be. However, this is about the "sales" they have on their websites. We just went through a situation with RL where we found multiple - 8 issues - selling items they don't have and changing pricing is the worst. It is such a shame. Used to be one of the good guys! No more. To all potential customers - read everything - click on all details - you will be surprised. Take out your calculator to see if the pricing is correct. Call the second you don't receive one item. These end up being unbelievable issues - like, unbelievable. Then you call in and wait for 30 minutes to talk to a rude person who blames you for not getting an email and not knowing they are selling items they don't have which somehow change pricing on the other items you bought??????????? Unfortunately, it is time to stay away from RL - sigh..........no where near what they used to be. :(

Poor quality sub-standard garments

Bought some "earth" polos for over £80 each and after only 3, 30 degree washes they are bobbled, scruffy and unwearable !! Not the quality that used to be associated with this brand. Seems they are trading off legacy brand name and selling poor quality, rubbish at extortionate prices !Avoid

Suppose to be 100% cotton. Washed and dryed per instructions came out a ball of wrinkled tight wad mess

Followed washing/drying instructions and they were a waded mess. Ironing was not going to help them!!!

Yes, I was promised a called back by an upper level manager (district or regional) on July 5, 2020. It is now July 11, 2020 and I have yet to be contacted.

So not refund or answer emails

Faulty item cost around 168£ sent item back and was assured full refund to follow, this has now been 3 months and nothing- ignoring emails now. Who can i complain to please

Why do you need my email address????

I purchased several items of clothing from the Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Charleston, SC. I came back to the store later that same day to return two of the items. I had my receipt with me and the clothes had all tags attached. The employee would not process the return without me providing an email address to them. There is nothing in their return policy saying this was their policy. This is an invasion of privacy and I will NEVER shop at their stores again.

Racist employees

Ralph Lauren - Racist employees
An employee named Chris in the chesterfield Missouri store asked my wife if she could understand English (she’s a corporate attorney btw) and followed her and my kids around the store relentlessly claiming they were making a mess. I never let them out of arms length in public nor does my wife. When we asked to speak to his manager he continued lying saying he was the manager until he finally produced a manager for the store who was equally worthless. I called corporate and two weeks later still nothing. Screw polo never shopping there again

yes they do seem to have alot of employees that seem to be racist in there stores me and my friends notice that they pic and choose who they speak to and want to help we stopped buying polo because of it

I did some shopping at the Riverhead Polo factory store. I couldn't find certain items in certain colors or size. I had to purchase the items on line in the store, the sales person didn't try to assist me to locate other colors, they weren't knowledgeable of the brand....

Terrible customer service

Shopped early fot polo shirt for my son. It was too big so teordered in a smaller size and returned large polo. I was informed that they would not issue a refund since it eas over 120 days. No excuse. Amazon and Zappos bend over backward to please their customers. Not so for this comoany. You lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.
