I bought a shirt at Relph Lauren in Bahrain for BD81 ($210) and was given the slim fit by mistake having tried on the regular fit. When I got home and put the shirt on it didn't fit.
I went back the next day to change the shirt for the correct one. I was told the regular fit would be an extra $25. So I decided that was too much for me and asked for my money back. They refused and said I could either pay the extra or have a credit note.
This is company policy. It is my policy to not buy anything from mercenary companies like this

As a professional tailor for many years, I was appalled by the way the outfits did not fit the athletes at the last Olympics. The short ladies had long coats with sleeves that were too long.
The tall women had exceedingly short coats, with sleeves that were way too short. The mens outfits were more of the same. I was embarrassed for the Brand. Why not use a tailor and have a professional look?
They lacked a polished professional look makes it seem as though you are not taking your position seriously. Many who noticed this were disappointed.

I was in Cabazon CA outlets today, after 3 hours in the store, I was rejected at check-out by a lady who claimed she's manager, she told me my order was rejected due to large amount items, I totally did not understand why it happened, it is the outlets and people buy a lot there , correct? Or she might be a racism since I am Chinese and she just wanted to reject me from purchasing

I was headed to a ball on yesterday so I stopped by the tamger outlets Ralph Lauren where I shop frequently to pick up a supposed to be emerald green sweater but I got it mixed up and grabbed a royal blue instead. When I got to the house where I was changing I tried on the sweater and that's when my aunt told me it was the wrong color.
So I took it off and put it back in the bag. I did take the tag off because I wasn't aware I had the wrong color. I then ran to the nearest apparel store and grabbed a dress shirt. On my way home the next day, I stopped by the outlets to return the sweater with the tag and receipt both manager told I couldn't exchange it because it smelled like cologne.
I explained that I had tried it on before an event and I probably smelled like cologne at the time and I assured them I hadn't worn the sweater out anywhere. Their response was "We don't believe you" the sweater looks worn.
I told them as much as I shop there I have never returned anything and had no reason to lie to them. They refused the return so I reached out to corporate because I felt embarrassed in front of other customers.

Disintegrating red leather Ralph Lauren bag
I have purchased a beautiful Ralph Lauren red bag from the Bay. I've only used it a couple of times until the red leather (not) disintegrated like paper.
The customer service rep didn't want to help me because I couldn't provide a number she needed. There were no number on their tag inside.

HI waited 21minutes on the phone for customer service then called back at a later time and held on another 16 minutes and still no answer. Perhaps you need institute a call back service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They were very nice about it and I explained everything andit was done.
Hi... I just purchased a-white tie die sweat out.fit at the outlets in Las Vegas.
I am very upset spending 200 and now it is ruined.
I washed it in cold water , gentle and it bled everywhere.
I would like to exchange it and you need to change the tag to dry clean please.

I have been getting offers texted to my phone for long. Those have suddenly stopped after January 14th, 2023.
The stores or the customer service can't fix that and have no answers. That's not the way a good brand should be.
User's recommendation: Buy their products but don't count on the loyalty program.
