URGENT- My order no :561******** ordered placed on 04Dec and was stated deliver before/on 10Dec. Till to date, I didnt receive any shipment tracking or information that package had delivered or not. Kindly advise as I require it to deliver to the stated ship to address by 10Dec latest. Please help.

I have purchased items last August to be delivered to a shipping cart warehouse which will then ship my items to me. However, I haven’t received my items as of October 16. When I checked with UPS, they told me that they have delivered the parcel last Sept 11.
