I placed an online order on the 1st of May 2017 with their tempting 20% off deal. The order supposed to be delivered on the 8th May by UPS but appears UPS either signed for the package itself and kept it or couldn't be bothered to deliver to the correct address!
I had to chase Ralph Lauren and UPS about the missing parcel. Both companies attitude was abysmal. I'm surprised at Ralph Lauren lack of customer care UPS are notorious for their unprofessional behaviour and Ralph Lauren has shocked me! It's now 31st May their still haven't located the missing package and the driver who delivered it I am now waiting additional 10 days to get my refund back!
Guess what Ralph Lauren had to offer as compensation a free express delivery!
Having a cheeky laugh. Never shopping with Ralph Lauren again!
