I had a chat session which told me what I had already gathered. Called customer care Ashley who was charming and sympathetic, agreed it was poor marketing a promised to pass it on.
Why on earth would anyone in Canada purchase something to be shipped to a US address? I went to the Canadian site-same items but no sale. Ralph needs to take care of his customers. We do after all provide the profit.
Another small gripe. Ralph seems to have stopped making his crisp cotton sheets. They are all slippery now and no lovely florals.
I find this very sad as I have been buying Lauren since the 1980s and still have a belt and a scarf. My husband still wears a leather bomber jacket I now live in a small town and have to buy on line.
