Why do you need my email address????

I purchased several items of clothing from the Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Charleston, SC. I came back to the store later that same day to return two of the items. I had my receipt with me and the clothes had all tags attached. The employee would not process the return without me providing an email address to them. There is nothing in their return policy saying this was their policy. This is an invasion of privacy and I will NEVER shop at their stores again.

An employee named Chris in the chesterfield Missouri store asked my wife if she could understand English (she’s a corporate attorney btw) and followed her and my kids around the store relentlessly claiming they were making a mess. I never let them out of arms length in public nor does my wife. When we asked to speak to his manager he continued lying saying he was the manager until he finally produced a manager for the store who was equally worthless. I called corporate and two weeks later still nothing. Screw polo never shopping there again

All the brick-and-mortar and online retailers listed at the chaps.com "where to buy" page have either stopped carrying Chaps Petites or only have old clearance items that no one wants. I have had numerous conversations on the Chaps and Ralph Lauren customer service numbers and they are not aware of the status of their own product lines. Two customer service advocates just did a Google Search. I want to give them my business but they don't know where their product is.

I did some shopping at the Riverhead Polo factory store. I couldn't find certain items in certain colors or size. I had to purchase the items on line in the store, the sales person didn't try to assist me to locate other colors, they weren't knowledgeable of the brand....

I bought two sets of sheets and they were like cardboard and still are several months later. They also had an odor when I unpackaged them that took a couple washings in hot water and vinegar to remove. Not a happy customer.

In the last six months I bought the green men's cologne (18j 404T, 18J 3019) twice, but I could not use them twice because it was impossible to use the content which, as it did not come as if I was pushing the export mechanism . Low quality earring wires

I bought Ralph Lauren thinking it may be higher quality than other brands at Macy's, but when I wore the earrings, they were painful in my pierced ears - in the same way very cheap earrings are. When I tried to return them, I Macy's would not take them even though I had the receipts because I did not have the tags or boards they came on. I contacted Ralph Lauren and the response was dead silence. I will never buy this brand again.
