Went to Ralph Lauren Outlet at Waikele (HI) on Black Friday, 11/26/16, and bought some items there that were on sale. Changed my mind and returned some items valuing $100.

When I received my credit card statement about month after transaction, all charges were posted, but no refund in sight. Went to outlet store and talked to store manager, apologized profusely, but could not do anything, repeated over and over that it's a corporate problem ever since they converted to a chip reader, so they say. Problem still not resolved.

All I can say is they're cheating and keeping all the refund monies so it can collect interest, and you may never get a refund! They're cheating liars!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Charge refund.

RL went from selling one of the best quality, classic styles, to the cheapest, worst quality. The cable cashmere sweaters were originally beautifully made.

However, they were made in Italy, and then Hong Kong and now good-old China, where the quality absolutely sucks. And then the slim fit. Just another way of saving on material. A company such as this does not deserve to be in business.

Hopefully it will go out of business entirely. It is unthinkable that they can get away with peddling such garbage to the public. I bought the cable cashmere’s as gifts for my college-age nieces. They unanimously asked me NOT to buy this crap for them any longer.

So sad. Even most of the second-hand stores say no Ralph Lauren, please.
