Bought a wonderful king blanket from Macy’s and don’t have receipt so they won’t take back. I have washed twice now it won’t fit my bed.

Discriminated Against WHILE WEARING SAME BRAND CLOTHING
Bought over $900 in the OKC outlet store with my bf. Apparently if you don't look rich or have tattoos, staff will follow U like a criminal. They even called outside security to stand by while trying on clothes. Their manager even came in on her day off to be nosy. I've had their staff abruptly end chat when I tried to hang up. I've called over 3 times. Finally this lady Danielle helped me and I'm waiting on more communication. I think they're trying to be slick and wait passed the grace period on which it can no longer be filed as a complaint.

Low quality earring wires
I bought Ralph Lauren thinking it may be higher quality than other brands at Macy's, but when I wore the earrings, they were painful in my pierced ears - in the same way very cheap earrings are. When I tried to return them, I Macy's would not take them even though I had the receipts because I did not have the tags or boards they came on. I contacted Ralph Lauren and the response was dead silence. I will never buy this brand again.

Gifted wrong size casual pants
I was gifted the wrong size. Should've been 40w 32L. Instead, I couldn't get them around my waist. Mis tagged for sure. The store was Carson's. They have since went out of business. Please help me. I thank you in advance. Sincerely. Vernon.

Quality of product
I am very disappointed in the quality of your polo shirts and sweaters. The quality is below standard. Shrinkage, poor quality collars and uneven fit. Your prices reflect a quality product that look good, fits well and lasts. Unfortunately not the case. I would hope that you change your products too reflect the high prices you charge. You lost a long time customer until your products improve considerably!

Custom-made letters on polo badges
Dear SIr, Recently I was delighted to learn the service having custom-made letters and its/their positioning on a polo shirt at the discretion of customers. It's fun and makes the polo shirt kind of unique. Yet, the rooms I reckon Polo can make improvement are: - the complete font for the customers to choose from should include numeric too. For example, I love to have my car plate (i.e., FN 8) embroidered on two badges with one on each side of my sleeves (FN and 8). The present font does not allow me to have the 8 embroidered on one sleeve; - the outline stitched of the badge on the polo shirt is brownish-gold. The sales in the HK Polo shop at Ocean Terminal says that it will be and has to be brownish-gold. I doubted as if this is the case, it is not custom-made then. My experience told that no one will deliberately highlight the shape of a badge. It is the badge per se that matters the most. An outline in one of the colours of the badge will only steal the attention away from the badge itself. Moreover, a embroidered badge directly on a shirt is always reckoned more exquisite (and possibly more expensive cos the wastage will be higher), a stitch-on one (being emphaised by a coloured highlight) tells people what it is not. My speculation is that it is possible indeed to have the outline stitch in the same colour as the backing felt of the badge (to make the stitching invisible), the seamless who did the embroidery of my initials as well as the outline stitching must be of the same person, she simply did not bother to change the thread to another colour (i.e., deep navy). Called about a manufacturing problem On two pairs of shoes.
Two pairs of sneakers were purchased. Both having the same manufacturing problem. Left shoe on both pairs coming apart at the soul near the toe area. Called And got disconnected twice but on my third try spoke with Sheila she took down the information and said to expect an email within 10 days. Hope to get this resolved.

Amazing discontinued products
There was a time in the mid and late 2000's I was a young adult, single, and always doing what i could in college to standout. My fragrances of choice were Ralph Lauren Romance, and Romance Silver. The polos and button ups I wore, and invested any amount od capital on, was Ralph Lauren Polo. I entrusted into the product, and stood by its quality, longevity, and worth compared to competition like Nautica, and Tommy Hilfiger, and their more affordable pricing. Unfortunately for me, and all my loyalty to the product? I was completely betrayed by the company. The shirts started becoming less durable, and they were not anywhere close to elite level I had sworn by and stood by with all my personal investments in garments, and scent. They even discontinued the Men's Romance for men fragrances line. Is still baffling to me as I always had a difficult time finding it in stock due locally in Kansas City, Missouri metropolitan area due to demand! All of my close friends, and even strangers off the streets would compliment the amazing one of a kind scent. Ralph Lauren is a brand, reputation, quality, and a tradition founded and realized in their products being so much better and worth the price of purchase. For them to forget what had made them so uniquely special, and stand out over everyone else is so disappointing, and unfortunate for people like me. I will never invest financially into their products after this last purchase a couple weeks back. They have officially burned me to the point of avoiding their products completely. Not even a fragrance they produce that smella good will be anymore money out of me. Shame on the company, and people who are deciding what to push the market with. They obviously did not pay attention, or survey anyone about the best Men's fragrances available, or the best qualities of their men's apparel. If they had? They would have been getting similar results, and feedback as mine. They have stopped trying to give the customer base value, and quality. Now they are not trying to give anything, but they are just taking money on the basis of a long gone reputation. They have officially lost what made them part of the truly great pillars in American Men's apparel, and culture for so damn many. Shame on you Ralph..

What a crock of you know what. I purchased a Polo winter down coat the zipper slider breaks. I return it to Burlington Coat Factory and get the same exact style. Get it home my son tries it on and zips it. Same result. OK. I'm disappointed but we like the coat. It was then I realized the slider was defective. Then to save time and energy I decided not to haggle the retailer about why this was happening and instead paid the local cleaners to repair it. Lets review. The coat cost about twenty five dollars. The cleaners charged seventeen ninety two. Now you're asking me to incur the cost of shipping + handling charges to route an item to your location so it can be evaluated? For six to eight weeks? Only to have it shipped back to me with an explanation stating there is nothing wrong because its already been fixed. The reply I received looks more like a disclaimer that preemptively absolves you of any responsibility from start to finish. As a consumer I sometimes complain, I'm human. Sometimes though, I wish the corporations would understand us better. Sales metrics cant be everything. We need consideration too.

Terrible customer service
Shopped early fot polo shirt for my son. It was too big so teordered in a smaller size and returned large polo. I was informed that they would not issue a refund since it eas over 120 days. No excuse. Amazon and Zappos bend over backward to please their customers. Not so for this comoany. You lost a customer. Hope it was worth it.

Dont waste your money and time. I made online order where everything shows it is shipped in 2 days. I paid with papal fortunately. I never heard anything from them. I have just got the order confirmation email but that was it

I've placed an order on Friday about 1pm through my mobile device and paid £20 for next day delivery. Today I've just found out that they don't do deliveries on weekends and orders placed after 12pm on Friday are processed on Monday and respectively shipped on Tuesday at the very earliest. I've tried to cancel the order and place a new one to a new address but customer service is not really helpful and they've said that they will charge me £20 for the shipping as they consider it as a successful shipping and will refund me just the money that I've paid for the product itself. Summary : I've spent £20 on a shipping of nothing and I couldn't get my item on time because there is a section in the other section in the third section which is placed in the footer section of their corporate website where it's stated that they don't deliver on weekends and orders placed on Friday are being delivered on Tuesday (interesting policy). I wouldn't be caught dead in any of those dippy clothes. If my family buries me in one (not likely !) , I will haunt them for eternity. I cannot understand the obsession with dressing gown men like litle boys and want no part of it.
