I purchased a shirt as a Christmas gift, and the person needed to exchange the EXACT shirt for another size and they would not let him because the tag was off. I understand if the shirt was visibly worn, but it clearly had not been. I will never buy anything from this store again because they refused to help someone who was just mistakenly given the wrong size. Items are returned with tags or exchanged without a receipt all the time. Please learn customer service.

Bought a PoloTech shirt 2 years ago for $300. It works with a smart phone to track activity. They discontinued it and removed the app off of the App Store site. When I called Ralph Lauren after 20 unreturned complaints, they said there was nothing they can do about it.

Same thing here. Winter jacket costing over $250.00, I year old and the zipper is broken!

An expensive store with so called clothing (I noticed mostly made in China) and they can't guarantee their craftsmanship.

They should take a lesson from LLBean! I've spent literally thousands of dollars at Ralph Lauren and look what is I get in return.

Christmas Order Delayed TWICE

Early last week, I placed an online gift order on RalphLauren.com and selected Next Day Delivery due to my upcoming vacation out of the country. Three days later (Friday), my package still hadn't arrived, so I called Customer Service to inquire about the delivery. I was told that the site had a "glitch" and my order had been accidentally cancelled. Ok...so, where was the email notification to inform me of this??? I attempted to place my order once again via phone call only to find out that one of the items was now out of stock. Fantastic. I eventually found a replacement item and the woman proceeded with the transaction and reimbursed me the Next Day Delivery fee (and also provided me Next Day Delivery service on the new order at no charge, thank you to her). Today is now MONDAY. Still no package at 7PM. I called back Customer Service (now very annoyed at this point) and explained the situation. According to this lady, the package won't be delivered until tomorrow (btw I am leaving at 2AM tomorrow and not returning until after Christmas). To top it off, she claims that it's UPS's fault, not Ralph Lauren's...even so, I am YOUR customer (a constant repeat one at that), so where is the attempt at trying to retain my business? So after two attempts at Next Day Delivery, an out of stock item, and a godawful waste of my time, I still don't have the packages for Christmas. Thank you, Ralph Lauren. -A Pissed Off Customer

I have purchased items last August to be delivered to a shipping cart warehouse which will then ship my items to me. However, I haven’t received my items as of October 16. When I checked with UPS, they told me that they have delivered the parcel last Sept 11. Shipping Cart customer service has replied on my inquiry and told me that they received an empty parcel with tracking no 1ZA17A690342154440. Until now I haven’t received any update from Ralph Lauren. Workers on the floor are very helpful and friendly. However, when checking out was an issue. I told the cashier to look up my member account. I gave him my driver license but he couldn’t find it. Before I had a chance he started cashing me out. So i asked the cashier to please put my purchase on my member number. He didn’t know how so he paged the manager ( Mike). He also had a hard time trying to get my account. I purchased 6 items and just checking out took 40 minutes. Standing there the whole time. I said to the manger I should get a discount coupon for my next trip there shopping. All he said was sorry. It’s not a way to treat a customer. , Shirley dissatisfied customer
