Ralph Lauren in Gonzales, Louisiana - Never shop there again
I purchased a shirt as a Christmas gift, and the person needed to exchange the EXACT shirt for another size and they would not let him because the tag was off. I understand if the shirt was visibly worn, but it clearly had not been. I will never buy anything from this store again because they refused to help someone who was just mistakenly given the wrong size. Items are returned with tags or exchanged without a receipt all the time. Please learn customer service.
Ralph Lauren - PoloTech Shirt
Bought a PoloTech shirt 2 years ago for $300. It works with a smart phone to track activity. They discontinued it and removed the app off of the App Store site. When I called Ralph Lauren after 20 unreturned complaints, they said there was nothing they can do about it.

Ralph Lauren - Frustrating
I have purchased items last August to be delivered to a shipping cart warehouse which will then ship my items to me. However, I haven’t received my items as of October 16. When I checked with UPS, they told me that they have delivered the parcel last Sept 11. Shipping Cart customer service has replied on my inquiry and told me that they received an empty parcel with tracking no 1ZA17A690342154440. Until now I haven’t received any update from Ralph Lauren.
