Ralph Lauren in Bonita Springs, Florida - Baught polo socks faulty

I Purchased polo socks frequently from macys and 22 of 27pairs devoloped a whole near the horse ,I have been a collector of polo socks for15 years.I never felt like I was a victim of bad quality merchandise when shopping Ralph lauren was disappointed! I complained to Macy's they said send an email. I felt cheated standing there with two bagsof faulty merchandise all from this year and they couldn't help I been buying ralph Lauren scince I was a teenager I saved babysitter money for polo hats socks shirts ect ...I hope this helps I need to feel customers are still valued

What do you want us, on this complaint site to do for you? This is a general complaint site, not one for Macy's or Ralph Lauren.

I guess instead of worrying about buying that expensive stuff, I would worry about my use of proper capitalization, punctuation, etc. Maybe you should spend money and take some coursed on things like that instead of designer labels.

Ralph Lauren in West New York, New Jersey - All pulled on lbd ..really upset.

I buy very little because I am retired on a fixed income. saw this lbd in macy's for I think 149 loved it but too expensive. went to tjmaxx could not believe the same dress for 50. I bought it in a size 12 and it fit me great (I had been dieting & lost 12 lbs) wore the dress once this Christmas (did not wear to wedding) my daughter did not like the way it looked. ok, I wear and it is pulled in places that look as though I were mauled by and animal. the bust area the front panel the back, sleeve and I am disgusted. went back to tj's they did not have a 12 in the plain one. so now, 50$ less,no dress and I would like to get another.is there any way ????????? oh, I had no jewelry on that could have caused this so I am really disgusted and disappointed in your product. thank you r.l. for a big let down. cm

Ralph Lauren in Roma, Lazio - Troppo disordine

Sono stato a Lugano per lavoro e sotto consiglio di colleghi sono stato al Fox Town a Mendrisio. Entrato in negozio Polo mi sono spaventato dalla folla di gente che mi spintonava e dal disordine della merce. Non sapevo dove mettere mano per cercare qualcosa di interessante. Nonostante tutto sono riuscito ad acquistare 3 polo a meno di 100 euro ma che fatica!!!! Anche per pagare c'è voluto mezz'ora . In più alla cassa ho trovato del personale maleducato e incapace, in quanto oltre a parlare dei fatti suoi e masticare gomma , mi ha lasciato attaccato una placca anti taccheggio che ho dovuto togliere a casa in quanto non ha suonato all' uscita e essendo di Sondrio non sarei tornato a breve. Il marchio e' anche interessante ma proponete negozi all'altezza . Esperienza negativa al 90%.

Ralph Lauren in Jacksonville, Alabama - Bad Quality fabric

I have bought many Ralph Lauren Shirts (polo, Blouses)etc., but I had notice in the past that even thought i followed the instructions how to care for it, it wont work, the fabric shrink and the blouses or polo shirts are so short that i can't wear them anymore. I buy my clothes at Dillard's. I have not complain in the past but I'm tired of it and the last shirt I bought after I washed it shrink so much that I decided to do something about it. Ralph Lauren does not have any place on their website to complain.

Polo Ralph Lauren - Poor Customer Service

Today I took a friend to the Polo Ralph Lauren children's store at the Woodbury Common's outlet. My friend spent more than $400 on children's clothing. The cashier stuffed it all into one paper bag. Not uncommon, but not best practice either. Since it was raining outside, I asked for two extra bags in case the overstuffed one came apart. Simple request, easy to take care of, and the customer goes away happy. Not the case today. The cashier told me only one extra bag. Two was too much. The manager came over and reiterated Ye policy. When I asked about the policy the manager told me that they have a big weekend coming up and need the bags do others who might want to buy something. I couldn't believe the excuse ... Make a customer who spent over $400 mad while making a $20 customer happy? Great idea. Later, my friend wanted to buy from the adult Polo Ralph Lauren store for other family members. I talked my friend out of it. If you want my opinion, don't buy from Polo Ralph Lauren... Today or ever. Buy from someone who cares about the customer.

Bad quality of merchandise and bad costumer service from Polo Ralph Lauren relation from Polo

I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. The second shirt also bled and now I had to exchange it for one white shirt in the hope that it will not bled but I will never buy again from Polo Ralph Lauren and recommend everybody never buy from that store. I used the Ralph Lauren store in Madison Avenue, New York City. It is shameful that Polo Ralph lauren charges more money for merchandise of poorer quality.

I concur! I purchased the women's yellow corduroy pants and the tag on the pants bled - causing red stains all over my pants once cleaned.

I only washed once to have this defect. Now I am struggling to get a refund since I do not want store credit from Macy's. I am really upset with Ralph Lauren poor quality of clothing and high prices.

What a shame that the name no longer carries the best standards for their items. :(

I agree that the clothing is poor quality. The boots are also terrible.

I bought two pair and within one week both heels snapped! Not shopping there again
