I have been 'working' on a shopping list at the RL.com site for several hours and when I was ready to pay, it wasn't possible. When I asked for help, it was like I had to communicate with a computer. At first very kind, but none of my questions were really answered,...

Ralph Lauren in Phoenix, Arizona - Cheap Pant Pockets

I have now gone through six pairs of khaki pants because the pockets kept getting holes in them. I have patched them all multiple times and finally just given up. I am done buying Polo pants. The ones I have had issues with are both the classic khaki and the Andrew pant. I like the fit of the pants but the consistent issue with the holes in the pockets has made them more pain to deal with than wearing justifies. There are too many other manu It is insane that you can't at least use material strong enough to survive in the real world.

Ralph Lauren in Augusta, Georgia - Http://www.ralph-pololauren.com/Will not refund my money/sent items back 2mths ago

These people that represent Ralph Lauren (China), discount at a discount price for Ralph Lauren clothing is a sham. First the three jackets I ordered were way too small, the sleeves were like tiny. Anyway, I repacked the box never removing any tags and took them to the post office(augusta, ga) the following Sat. The post office charged me $37.10 & they completed the international return label. I have emailed several different times to confirm that the three jackets(cost almost $150), were on their way. After not getting a response or refund I contacted the two more times. They asked first about the tracking # which I supplied, then after another three wks nothing. I contacted them again, this time they asked for return address. This is ***. How could such a company represent a great label? I work hard for my $$ My children were expecting the surprise I had during the winter mths...it now boiling hot & I cannot afford to order those jackets again which now I have forked over almost $200. NEVER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Ralph Lauren in Roma, Lazio - Troppo disordine

Ralph Lauren in Jacksonville, Alabama - Bad Quality fabric

I have bought many Ralph Lauren Shirts (polo, Blouses)etc., but I had notice in the past that even thought i followed the instructions how to care for it, it wont work, the fabric shrink and the blouses or polo shirts are so short that i can't wear them anymore. I buy my clothes at Dillard's. I have not complain in the past but I'm tired of it and the last shirt I bought after I washed it shrink so much that I decided to do something about it. Ralph Lauren does not have any place on their website to complain.
