i recently bough some goods from Mail:polostoreonline@hotmail.com Website:www.BuyRLpolo.com.....and unfotunately the 4 polo shirts were small I tried to return the goods to the address in China as per the return address on the packaging. But the goods never reached their destiny. when i queried. they asked me to return to a different address which was ridiculous as i had already sent the goods. to cut a long story shot after querying it several times. three months later, the items have been returned to me. i have tried to contact the store and they since ignore all my emails.they have no contact details apart from email and on their website they claim to have a very helpful customer service But far from it they are dogy. i am stuck with the goods that i dont need. i tried to contact Ralph Lauren customer service and they say they dont own the website and they can't help. so anyone be careful. dont buy anything from them. they will reap you off

Disappointed... I recently purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren frames at Len's Crafters. I I purchased them there and then went to my local Vision Care store and had the glass installed. They didn't carry the Ralph Lauren brand and that's what I wanted. This brand has always had such good quality. Once my prescription was in and I got the glasses home, I realized the frames are very cheap and uncomfortable, compared to past frames. The total cost of my glasses were $619.00 and can't afford another pair! Please advise...

Bought a coat for my wife in Portsmouth Ralph Lauren store. After wearing 3 times ,my wife noticed the stitching of the lining was coming off. Rang the store, spoke with the manager who told my wife to bring the faulty coat with receipt so she could get a refund or a credit note. After being assured that we would be looked after in "the designer store" we drove there, paid the car park fee and went to the store. Spoke with the general assistant manager KIM, who said that it was my wife's fault that their coat was faulty!!! She said that my wife did not wear the coat properly blaming her for the stitching coming loose! My wife explained that she wore the coat maximum 4 times because it's in light colour, the coat has never been washed and can only be worn in cold weather. KIM - the manager tried really hard to put the blame again on my wife implying that she wore a bracelet and that pulled the lining. My wife showed her hands saying I don't wear jewellery including a watch. Then she said it must been pulled by a belt buckle. The belt which my wife was wearing was a Ralph Lauren one. The manager KIM run out of excuses to resolve the matter to our satisfaction and told us to email the Ralph Lauren customer service. What kind of manager is it who can't sort out a customer issue herself when the coat was purchased in her store?? THEY DONT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

On a business trip in Milan I visited brand store of Ralph Lauren and made a number of purchases, including 2 shirts Ralph Lauren (Polo Ralph Lauren Custom Fit 16 1/2) – for myself and as a present to my business partner, who was expected anniversary. Relying on unconditional quality of exclusive brand Ralph Lauren, I gave to my business partner this shirt as an anniversary gift. After a short time, this business partner sent to me a letter of gratitude for the gift with photos of just unpacked shirt. My surprise and shame had no bounds when I saw in the photo the hole on the presented shirt Ralph Lauren. And not just *** but mended hole in the shirt, which has packed and sold as new! Such case is outrageous and unacceptable for such an exclusive brand like Ralph Lauren, and gives reason to doubt the quality of products in the future. Usually in the first-class boutiques of such brands as Ralph Lauren, customers can afford to themselves not to open packed shirt in the store and check its quality. I assumed, that giving the company a permanent preference, I has the right to return the trust of Ralph Lauren about the quality and service, about what I wrote to an official representation of the company. Now I'm waiting for comments from the famous brand for about 6 month..

Only wore and washed these socks a few times and *** emerges by the toe seam. At the same time, the top end of the other sock is unraveling. Major disappointment. I read that Polo does not take returns without receipt and these were a gift. I don't even know what store they came from. It's just poor quality. Heck, I don't even have pets to blame this on. All I want is an exchange of the product. Just another pair to replace the existing pair that failed me. Nothing more and nothing less. The sad part is that I have always been happy with Polo quality.

Ralph Lauren review: Not being able to use coupons on your merchandise

I have been shopping in macy's for 40 years and have always been able to use coupons on clothing. But, for some reason Macy's will no longer take the coupons for polo shirts, pants, etc. When I questioned them they said that Polo was responsible. I think that is so unfair and your products overpriced. Also, when looking for my 19 year old son for a pair of pants....the only thing you had was slim or straight fit....my son is 5 f t 10inch. 190 lbs.....he is NOT a slim or straight. You should have all sizes available perhaps a relax fit in these young mens styles. I am extremely disappointed and the frustration of trying on pant after pant because you don't have the sizes needed. And then to top it off they are 89.00 without a coupon!

If Ralph Lauren spends the money to have its OWN U.S.customer service. It should train them to match the retail market they serve.

Messing orders up where customers lose the item they want to purchase due to inventory is unacceptable. It's bad when the customer service experience makes one think they're speaking with a out sourced group. Ralph Lauren needs to improve their B2C because an item shouldn't become unavailable to them when a customer is checking out for example.I was having issues with the ordering process,and being misinformed by a representative which further held me up. By the time the order was submitted, an item I wanted was no longer available.

Tried to speak with customer service to have the item allocated to my order because I had ordered more than one. Thus I wouldn't lose the item again because they could FIND it for me in their distribution,not possible. Disaster, customer service has no ability to view their OWN logistics system provided via a third party, or so I was told by the supervisor.

How does a company who sells luxury items not have an ERP system,yet a "non luxury" brand like Lands End is able to accomplish such a task to truly extend service?! Also,they have better trained in country representatives* The B2C experience with Ralph Lauren certainly contradicts the saying "you get what you pay for."
